Carnegie

This historic building, given to the city of Leavenworth in 1902 by Andrew Carnegie, housed the Leavenworth Public Library then the Leavenworth Area Arts Council for 110 years.  Exact acquired the two-story limestone and brick building and conducted a $1.4 million renovation to give it new life as 10 modern apartments, each retaining its original ornate molding and flanked with soaring 14-foot windows.
